Each flower is unique, with its own needs during preservation. Color correction or alternation is not something I generally practice- I preserve them naturally. This means the color may change it's shades in the drying process and also over years as natural occurrence. Flowers typically become slightly muted or take on beautiful vintage tones. Also the final results depend on how fresh the flowers are when they arrive. If the blooms are already yellowing, that process will continue through preservation. This is significant with white flowers especially. But with the right freshness, I can capture the natural beauty of most flowers. If some of the flowers significantly lost the color after pressing process, I will ask you if you would like the color correction service with additional fee(depending on how many flowers need to be done)

Your Bouquet
My designs require a wide variety of flowers, bloom shapes and sizes, also greenery to create the desired movement and flow. Please work with your florist to include filler flowers and greenery you love, not just large focal blooms. I do not accept bouquets without greenery or with only one flower type.

White flowers
White flowers are fragile and may brown or turn beige during pressing or even in during the shipping. With that reason, I require to receive them within 2days after the event.
I preserve them naturally without color correction. This gives a unique, vintage look, but won't maintain bright white. If you prefer pure white, I will offer color correction with additional fee.
However, I will not accept just one flower type. Make sure to include many variety of white flowers and many types of greens.

Care Instruction
Keep preserved art out of direct sunlight. Avoid hanging in bathrooms or over fireplaces to prevent damage. Some degree of color fading is inevitable as an organic process. Also note that some types of flowers fade faster than others. As color change is very natural to happen when purchase this type of products, it is important for you to understand this. The essence of the flowers are still there and I hope you embrace the concept 'Aging beautifully together'

Additional Flowers
I do require your whole bouquet as I will select flowers that are in best conditions for the best outcome of the art piece. If you order multiple add-on frames, I may need extra flowers from your bridesmaids bouquet or centerpieces to replace any that are damaged from transit or even during drying process.

Replacement of the flowers
If your bouquet is arrived here damaged in the transit, I'll contact you immediately to discuss options, including a full refund(except the booking deposit) or accepting new flowers. I can also source replacement flowers at my local florist.
The client covers the cost of any replacement stems needed.

How to secure the date
Flower preservation services are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Non refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your booking . The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your event date.

1. Service Description
We provide flower preservation services by transforming fresh flowers into framed artwork. Our process involves pressing and preserving flowers from special occasions to create lasting memories in the form of custom artwork.
2. Material Submission
Customers are responsible for delivering flowers in the best possible condition
We cannot guarantee preservation results for flowers that are already wilted, damaged, or moldy
We are not responsible for any sentimental value of submitted materials
Flowers must be received within 3 days of the event for optimal preservation
3. Creation Process
Each piece is handcrafted and unique; slight variations are natural and expected
The preservation process typically takes 2-8weeks to complete
Final artwork dimensions and layout may vary slightly from initial designs
Colour changes are natural during the preservation process and cannot be guaranteed to match the original flower colours
4. Pricing and Payment
Full payment is required 2 weeks before your event date
A non-refundable deposit of $100CAD is required to secure your booking
Additional charges may apply for rush orders or special requests, such as colour correction
Prices are subject to change without notice for future orders
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations will be accepted as long as it was informed before receiving the bouquet but we will not be able to refund the deposit
No return is accepted as the custom piece is made to your order and catersone-of-a-kind to your one of a kind, unique needs
If we are unable to complete your order, a full refund will be provided
Damaged items during shipping may be eligible for replacement or refund
6. Shipping and Handling
6.1 Shipping to Us
All costs associated with shipping flowers to our facility are the customer's responsibility
We strongly recommend using overnight or 2-day shipping with tracking
Shipping insurance for sending flowers to us is highly recommended and is the customer's responsibility
We are not responsible for flowers lost or damaged during transit to our facility
6.2 Return Shipping
Standard shipping costs for returning completed artwork are not included in the service price
Return shipping costs will be calculated based on:
Size and weight of the finished piece
Shipping destination
Selected shipping method
Insurance value of the artwork
Shipping insurance is mandatory for completed artwork and will be added to the shipping cost
Express shipping options are available at an additional cost
6.3 Additional Shipping Terms
Shipping costs are non-refundable once the item has been shipped
We will provide shipping cost estimates before finalizing your order
Address correction fees or re-routing charges will be the customer's responsibility
Failed delivery attempts resulting in return shipping will incur additional charges
7. Care Instructions
Artwork should be displayed away from direct sunlight
Clean only with a soft, dry cloth
Do not expose to moisture or extreme temperatures
Frame should not be opened as this may damage the preserved flowers
8. Copyright and Intellectual Property
We retain the right to photograph and use images of completed works for marketing purposes
Custom designs remain our intellectual property
Customers may not reproduce or sell copies of our designs
9. Liability Limitations
Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided
We are not responsible for damage to flowers during shipping to our facility
We cannot guarantee exact replication of fresh flower appearance
Force majeure events may affect service delivery
10. Privacy Policy
Customer information will be used only for order fulfillment
We do not share personal information with third parties
Photos may be used for marketing
11. Changes to Terms

Custom art is one-of-a-kind and non-refundable. Be sure to provide all details about what you want when ordering. You'll see a draft before final approval.
However, if an item is damaged during transit and arrives in an unusable condition, please contact me within 24hours with a photo .I will discuss whether an alternate product is made or a refund is given.
