Pre-Packing Checklist
Secure Bouquet
Choose someone you trust to care for your bouquet after the ceremony so they don't get lost or damaged. Avoid tossing for the best preservation.
Packing Supplies
Gather a sturdy box, packing paper or similar material, paper towels, a plastic bag or Saran Wrap, a rubber band or hair tie, and a black marker.
Keep Flowers Fresh
Immediately after the event, trim 1" off of the stems and place the bouquet in clean water. Keep them in a cool, dark place.
Packing Your Bouquet
1
Wrap the Stems
Cover the bottom of the stems with damp paper towels and wrap tightly with plastic, securing with a rubber band or tape.
2
Create a Nest
Make a “nest” in the bottom of the box using packing paper, place the bouquet stems down, and secure it with additional crumpled paper. It should be snug but not crushing the bouquet.
3
Label and Seal
Label the box “fragile” on multiple sides, write “this side up” with an arrow, and include the bride’s name.
Shipping Your Blooms

The Preservation Process
Freshness Matters
